Grass-Fed Colostrum Testing

Grass-fed bovine organs sourced from pasture-raised cattle

At PrimoNourish, purity, safety, and authenticity are central to our quality standards. Each batch of our grass-fed bovine colostrum is double tested to verify identity, potency, and safety using validated analytical methods and strict quality controls.

The results below summarize batch verification performed during and after manufacturing.

Identity & Potency Verification

Colostrum quality varies depending on sourcing and processing. To ensure quality and effectiveness, each batch is tested to verify key bioactive components and overall purity.

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is one of the primary beneficial proteins found in colostrum and is commonly used as an indicator of colostrum quality.

Whole colostrum naturally contains a range of bioactive compounds — including immunoglobulins, growth factors, peptides, and nutrients — that work together to support its nutritional value.

✔ Verified colostrum identity and quality
✔ IgG content meets potency specification
✔ Moisture level controlled to preserve stability and freshness

Understanding IgG Levels in Colostrum

Fresh colostrum naturally contains very high levels of immunoglobulins immediately after calving (approximately 40-60%). After gentle processing and drying into powder, whole colostrum typically provides 15-25% IgG, reflecting its natural composition.

Some products may list higher IgG percentages when immunoglobulins are concentrated or isolated (concentration emphasizes one component while reducing the relative presence of others). Whole colostrum, however, naturally contains a broad spectrum of bioactive compounds — including immunoglobulins, growth factors, peptides, and nutrients — that work together to support its nutritional value.
